Hello. Maybe you should try it this way and see if it works.
Save an export file of your site with is current theme then upload a different theme then upload that exported file into it.
Works for me the times I have done it this way coz not all themes are compatible with your content.
If you still have trouble then I would suggest you contact support as there maybe a wee gremlin in the system.
Robert
Thanks, Robert. I didn't know this. How do I Export and Import? Is it the Import/ Export options found under the Tools menu in Wordpress? I've never imported or exported before.
Yes that's correct.
You just click Export and choose All and save it to your desktop.
Then when you have a new site created you just reverse the process.
by clicking Import.
After you upload you might have a wee bit of work to do coz some things are just not set right.
But that's easy enough and it gives you the chance to get everything the way you want it.
have a nice day.

Hey guys,
Does anyone have invites for TemplateP2P? If so, can you give me one, please? I really want to join.
Many thanks,
Saima
Unless you really know what you're doing, I'd recommend staying away from torrent sites. While the idea of "free" (actually cracked/pirated) software can be appealing, there's just no way to tell what nastiness/malware might get downloaded to your computer from a torrent site.

Hey guys,
So I was wondering how many WA members currently live in London (England) and if any of those members would be interested in meeting up from time to time(?)
Hi,
I often go to London at least once a month to network with Internet marketing friends. I am actually Margate Kent.if you are interested skype me catherinefordlondon
OMG! I just realised I never replied back. I'm so sorry, guys.
If we can get some more people then we can start a meet up group or something.

Hey everyone,
The theme that I am using for my website is Rubine Lite which comes with a sidebar. As I don't need a sidebar, I managed to get rid of it but now there is a
Your website looks very clean and very organized. I honestly don't think you need to worry about the white space. It looks fine the way it is and remember websites will often look different in different browsers, so maybe the browser you are using shows more white space than other browsers. I do not know off hand how to change the white space, but like I said, I think it is beautiful just the way it is.
Thanks, Steph. The thing is I need to add more columns/ stuff to the table and there is no space. Everything just squishes together so I really need some more space.
I gotcha. I am not sure then what to do, but it sounds like many others have great ideas. I am new here as well and still learning.

Hey guys,
Every time I try to upload an image on WA, I get the following error msg:

I've tried logging out/ restarting the computer. I even tried to upload an image using my iMac as well as my Windows based laptop but no such luck for me :-(
I had this error a week ago too, I logged out, started the laptop up again, logged in again, and it was working again
There should be an option on your question to add an image.I think a support ticket will definitely your best choice!
What file format are you trying to upload? All images files uploaded should be in .jpg, .gif, or .png format for web browsers to be able to display them properly.
Are you trying to upload the image to a website of yours hosted at WA or to WA itself (profile, blog post, training)?
I am trying to upload it on WA itself. I have a question I need to ask about my wordpress/ my theme, and it is easier to explain what I am asking for help on by uploading a screenshot.
Sorry, since I've never done that, I'm not sure what might be causing the problem. I have seen other members reporting sporadic problems putting images into WA postings.
You might want to try again a bit later. If the problem persists, you should probably open a support ticket.
Thanks, Bob. I think I will log a support ticket as this is not the first time that it has happened. How do I log a support ticket for something that is not website related?
I'd suggest choosing any domain you have hosted and selecting "Other" for the category. In the "Comments" section, you can explain the issue that you're having.
I don't know if the folks who handle WA issues are the same ones who address website issues. Whoever gets the report, though, should certainly be able to get your problem directed to the right people.

I don't know of any other way to report an issue with WA itself.

Hopefully you have this resolved
Yeah, I just ended up using FileZilla to upload the theme. I think the file size of the theme was too big.
Glad you got it resolved!
