Reconsidering daily blogging
It takes me usually 1.5-2h to write a good blog post and with other projects in the works it's really unsustainable. I'm thinking I have to cut back on blogging for just one site so I can get another couple of projects going.
I do need to find a sweet spot for blogging - what kind of scheduling do y'all do when juggling multiple projects?

If I didn't have so much learning to do, I could get man more done. I can write them in 10 minutes, but the rest of the process slows me down. I try to get 3 done per site per week. I have some other sites, too, and I throw one or two in there throughout the week. Good Luck finding what works for you, Arp!
I am usually able to get three pages a week done, although on really good weeks I have done 4 or 5, but with trying to keep up with everything else, it's hard!
Thankfully for me I don't have to spend as much time on hairstyling as I used to, that easily saves me a couple of hours a week!
U t truly....silly!!!:-D ... seriously, though....depending on subject matter and traffic behavior, it would seem at least two during work and as least one good one for weekend?
I usually post one once a week, but then I work full time 4 days a week at 12 hrs per day. when I have down time at work I write ideas for post on my iPad in iWriter then I put them together on Friday and Saturday for publishing
I'm about to start a blog, but my thought is, I would blog my content and then have other content that I purchase and then spin that content. Article spinning is very popular.
I doubt the quality would be as good as your own writing, writing your own would be well worth it in the long run.
I read somewhere that 21 posts a month resulted in a magic increase in traffic, but I haven't been able to confirm it. I do think the daily blogging helps but I can't imagine doing that for multiple sites.
Me neither. Some people are just that creative but at the moment, I can't see doing it. My creativity comes and goes. If I'm not feeling it, then I'm not writing it.
If I blog once a week, I think I'm doing well. It takes me about the same time (1.5-2 h) to write a good post, and sometimes longer if I'm on a hunt for images or different key words. I'm sure as more time opens in my schedule, or I feel like the words are flowing, I will write more. Be gentle with yourself.
It's definitely a process. Lately I've tried writing as much as possible and then looking for images & handling the formatting. And part of it is trying to determine a ratio of quality vs quantity.

I try to do at least 1 a day for my two blogs, sometimes I skip a day. I have projects as well. Today I think I spent the most of the day sending thank you's out to everyone...Lol...my bad...Oh well, enjoyed myself and loved hearing from everyone! Kim :)
