I know most of them might be busy with their blogs. I hope everyone are producing fine results and generating income as well. But have you anyone cope with back pain problems recently as I got some health problems since last week. So, friends, I would like to remind you something today very crucial, please find some extra time to practice yoga or exercise in between blogging.

Most of them in a hurry to reach their dream goal of financial freedom even same here(LOL). I just want to give a small advice on the way you sit in front of your lap or PC. Just see yourself how you are sitting while reading my article at least. Are you following the correct posture? I know some may be and some may not.

Sitting in front of a computer for a long time can take a toll on your body. By not sitting with correct posture may end up with severe neck pains, back pains, knee pains and other diseases as well. UFFF. I don't want to be that happen again.

Hmm. I smiled when my father commented at me saying "you are earning from online..thatz great but you are spending it out for the same.. what for?".LOL not anymore!!!

So like Kyle said, just take a break. Get a coffee yourself and plan how to become a successful blogger. CHEERS!!!

You hit the nail on the head my friend when you brought to our attention the importance of moving around. Not only back pain can be a problem but its easy to gain weight as well.

Hi Arjun,

Thanks for reminding me to get up and do something physical every 30 minutes or so. I usually walk a round a bit and do a little juggling.

You are so very Right one must take a break every couple of hours to stretch or walk or do Yoga. It is very Positive to have a massage or even better a Lymphatic Massage!
The body was not created to be stationary in one position, we were created to move about and must to retain good physical and mental conditioning!

Obviously, you are right am working as a SEO analyst from past 2 months my work and when I blog I used to sit in a wrong posture, therefore now it ended up with bad health problems. I have to recover from this any cost. Thanks for your advice on massages.

Do a 30 mins of any kind of excercises daily. Trust me it really worths alot

And I'll go easy on the carbohydrates and milk products, they can waylay non-integrateable calcium around the muscle areas instead of building it in properly as the greens and fruits do.
This can also contribute to strains and pains..........
