Hello WA Community, I was looking at Mailchimp today for those who know what this is i installed it but cant figure how to get it up and running is it a compatibility issue? do
What specific issue are you having? A tech issue with Mailchimp might be best to direct to their help department, since it could be a plugin problem, or issue with compatibility with your specific theme. However, there shouldn't be an issue getting Mailchip to work with WA websites, as long as your site is not about "make money online". I think they do not allow that type of website with their service.
Hi Astrid, did you use a plugin? or did you set it up outside of wordpress? have you set it up already?... if so what plugin did you use?....or are you looking for one?...You can actually setup your subscription outside of WordPress with mailchimp then just paste a script on your theme page...but more information would be helpful in solving your problem.

Hello WA community, i find myself in a challenging situation, i have been recommended to use a large logo in the header section of my site but i believe a small or maybe medium
On one of my sites, the logo is quite large, thinking of changing it, as it appears a little over powering.
I used to find it confusing, but I think WordPress themes generally have a logo area versus a header area, the latter which is much larger.
The header area wouldn't be suitable for just a logo, for the area is too large. For just he logo, you'd put it in the logo area, which is generally above and to the left of the header area. The header area can be a large image where you put the logo on top or you might put a slogan on top of the image, etc.
To further see how the logo and header areas are different, see https://footballsnackhelmets.com/, which clearly delineates the difference between logo on the upper left and header area where football helmet is.
I don't devote a lot of real estate to a logo - on mobile they will render any of your actual content unreadable without scrolling and therefore potentially increase your bounce rate.

What are the best sports affiliate programs? just an opinion. I just started and would like to keep an eye at the good ones. My niche is basketball!
The "best" will depend on what you're looking for. The best affiliate programs will have the best products IMO. Beyond that, look at commission rate. Higher is better!
I also try to look for recurring affiliate programs, like memberships, where you can get paid over and over again!

Welcome to WA and I am sorry but I don't know of any sports affiliate you can do a Google search and find out that way I hope this helps you out

You can find affiliate programs for your niche by Google searching. Example: Google search "basketball affiliate programs" (without the quotation marks, of course) to find.. WOW... 10 on Google page 1 straight away!
If you're waiting for another member in the same niche to "spill the beans" you might be waiting for quite awhile.

You are absolutely right Triblu, that makes sense. I already did my Google search and have some affiliate programs but I thought of just asking here to get more feedback but I didnt think that they are also my competitors... great point
Not that we are competitors Aristides, it's just that I have noticed that the SUPER successful affiliate marketers won't necessarily share what their chosen niche is. Am guessing it is for obvious reasons.
You could end up writing a post for each basketball affiliate that is available. Wow, that gives YOU a whole lota' options... yes!
