How much credibility and integrity do you think a partner can be trusted?

I'm the WA rep for Awin and ShareASale and I'm glad to help, but I'm not sure what questions you are asking. I'll try to explain what you are seeing on the interface and see if that helps.
Awin
The first screenshot is the list of programs you have been approved to within the network. By default you are joined to the Awin referral program. You have also been approved into the Minicoders program.
You've circled the EPC, which means the average amount of commission an affiliate earns on 100 clicks to the merchant. To be clear, neither of these programs pays you for a click; both only pay for a sale. The EPC amount is meant to be a guideline on how well the program converts. Right now you don't have enough clicks to those programs to expect the EPC to apply to you.
ShareASale
Same thing here - that's a list of advertisers who have approved you into their programs. You've sent a handful of clicks to each, but it looks like you haven't made any sales yet, therefore you are not entitled to any commissions yet.
CJ
Though I'm not the CJ rep, looking at the screenshot it looks like you have a lot of clicks but no sales. Either your readers don't like those merchants, or you are sending consumers who aren't really interested in those products to the site.

what is Minicoders? I had 2 Awin from swiss and the USA, and I promoted the brand. I must joy ASANA or not. It's another application from there want to me work with. I am confused. I don't know this, and I must pay, and I am not sure because I am new and trying to learn by myself.

ShareASale that I checked off then because clicks are a bit, and I got a commission from one company, a bonus and commission, and another that I see I can't make. Because I parked how this and they didn't give some idea, they said I need to make another partner from them for more people and imagine I am learning, which does not seem like this.
