I Put Out a Welcome Mat.Umm. What Happened?
I love to entertain. So I am not ever surprised when people just pop by. My small space has come together as a gentle beautiful refuge. And the tea pot is always on and popcorn ready to be popped.
Of course, the welcome mat is always out and smiling. And well you have already figured out that this woman has no problem talking. So when people come to hang out, they stay for awhile. And it is always lovely.
So I thought I had done the same for my website. A beautiful welcoming page, hopefully a space of refuge..and I would seriously considering offering smoothies and tea. No problem. Might be a little harder to do the fresh organic popcorn.Grin.
I thought that was enough. After all it seems to work in my daily life.
Can you imagine my surprise when no one really showed up? Whaaat? Wrong tea? Popcorn needs more nutritional yeast?
So the other day, I heard Bo say this and it truly flipped me out.
Ready for this? The clarity was so perfect I felt my energy lift by 1000%.
Okay here it comes. I am serious write this down. Or emblazon it somehow on your brain..just don't cry while you are doing it...
Ahhh, I cannot stand how excited I was by this.. yeah it doesn't take much lately..LOL
This is a key point:
PEOPLE HAVE TO FIND A LINK TO YOU FROM SOMEWHERE.
HUH?
Whoa, are you telling me this is on me? That I have t go out and leave links? Nope that cannot be true.
So yup it is true.
And here is the beauty and simplicity of how to make it happen.

We know these words from somewhere yes? Ahh social media tabs.
So those 30 minutes that are part of our schedule for daily interaction on Social media , this is how we have to use them. We like something, we comment on it We share. Because each step of the way leaves..yup, I know you can hear this coming. LINKS!
Links to us, to our site..to our welcome mat! And we are also accomplishing branding at the same time.
So one more remark about comments...where ever we leave a comment we don't just sign our name, NOPE NOPE NOPE..we add our URL. Not just the URL to our site, but an URL to our latest post. So it's a full welcome mat- come in here please -right now message.
We have grabbed their attention..And they want to check it out. So we, yes, we do the happy dance because we now have TRAFFIC. Organic traffic not waiting for the Google god to find us.
How freeing is that?
It is on us. We are truly the masters of our own Universe.. And I cannot speak for you..but in my Universe I really like hanging out with people. So I am going to do all I can to make sure people know the tea kettle is on just for them.
So are you in this with me? Can we make this happen?
Oh yes! Just 30 minutes per day. Every day. If you lose a day, do it for an hour the next day.
And it does not count if you do personal social media.. you know that right?
So no cheating..30 minutes..liking.commenting and sharing... and then watch your traffic start to build.. don't expect an avalanche but it will become that later..ok?
So what do you think? Are our links ready to be seen?
And don't forget to start that email list with a capture form so that when people come to our site they HAVE to sign up for our list. Because they want us in their lives.
Ok, there it is. We are going to now be the masters of links. WE are going to be found. We are all already successful and We are all thriving,.Yes?

hello Maja are you asking how to have the social media buttons on your site?
If so, go to plugins and then add
and i just started using SASSy
So just input sassy in the search box and it will come up..just hit add and then activate and it will appear on your site..
hope this is what you are asking?
