I am updating a lot of posts that I forgot to put Meta Title and Meta Description.

Should I go to search console and fetch all the posts again?
Or Google / Yahoo will

thank you for asking this question.
cheers,
william

You are welcome!

Good question. Thanks for all the answers, too!

You're welcome.

I usually resubmit the entire sitemap. It seems to take care of everything.

I see. It is easier this way.

No worries my friend, it is done automatically.

Thanks for the confirmation.

When you update they will see it

I will wait then

I would agree that I think Google will find them.

Wayne

Thank you, Wayne.

I'm pretty sure they will find them after the updates.

What if I want to let Google know the differences faster?

Fetch them as you mentioned :)

So, fetching is to let Google know that there is a new / updated post, right?

Yes, I know a few that do it with every new addition.
I just wait it happens fast enough.

Hi, Arief, glad to read you´ve found a solution already *s

Yes, Tezsie. Thank you!

check out availability with something like namecheckr to find out whether you can setup the brand across social media as well as the site.
you need to be careful that if you choose something the same as a dot com then people don't just type the first part of your site in and land on the dot com not yours!!
i would look around for another name, use a thesaurus to find similar names or lsigraph.
good luck arief

phil

Thank you, Phil. I think with the help of WA, I can outrank the other dot com site.

Yeah dont copy the .com with another .net or something. Just go with a new .com

A new dot com is a must then.

I agree with the rest of the group Ariel. Another .com would be better.
Jerome

Thank you so much for your insight, Jerome.

Yes Arief .. agree with everyone here. Find another .com. Cheers, William.

I will do that, Pak William. It is a tough decision.

I definitely recommend trying to find another domain name. A dot com is much better for your business that the alternatives you suggest.

Thank you, Valerie. I really need to get another dot com domain.

Definitely the best way to go Arief.
All the best with choosing your new domain :)

Thank you so much, Valerie.

If you do a variation of that keyword, you can probably get the .com and still rank. I find that if you add the word "life" or "now" to a phrase that you wanted will usually be available. Good luck in your search and decision! :)

Thank you so much, Grace.
My website will be a longer long tail keyword with the additional "now".

Yay! So glad I can help! :)

Moritz is right, but if you're bent on using that name, you should go with .net, .org is generally used by non-profit organizations.

I was thinking about getting the dot net. But it seems that everyone here agreed on me getting another dot com.

I agree with Moritz that it would be better to find another domain name, since .com is really the "go to." That happened to me as well, and I had already created a Rubix website with my original name and had to go through some trouble changing graphics and other things I had worked on to update everything to the new name. I'm just happy I changed it early enough to not be too crazy.

Thank you, Jini. That's why I need perspectives from all of you here.

If you are planning to build a brand, you should try and find another domain name.

You still can outrank the other site, but it's not perfect, in my opinion.

Good point!

WA Affiliate Program

I have not withdrawn any of my WA commission. Can I use it to renew my yearly membership?

Or the system has to debit my previous payment detail?

If you are using paypal to pay WA, paypal will use your paypal balance first , which in this case your standing balance since you did not withdraw your earnings from WA.

Thanks for sharing.

What about Payoneer? I've heard that is a substitute in some areas.

That only depends on the source you use to renew your wealthy affiliate payments. if you use PayPal then you can use it to renew but if you use a credit card to renew, then you must have to transfer the funds to your credit card before being able to renew.

Very good question. Thank you to the members who have responded.

No, I have asked that too, it goes by other channels, you need to withdraw, and place it on your Paypal account or ship it over to your credit card

Ah... Then I will be charged by PayPal and later have a deposit because I didn't withdraw the commission earlier.

From what I know, there are only two methods to pay your membership, credit card or paypal. So it may be easier to withdraw to your paypal and use your paypal account as payment. Both processes will be automated and you don't have to worry anymore about it as long as your balance is adequate.

Arief, Mike-Writes recently did this post Easily Turn Photos Into A Grea . It may be an easy answer for you. Check it out.

Arief, my apologies, I had pasted the title but it doesn't seem to be clickable. The site he wrote about is https://studio.stupeflix.com/en/ .
Barbara

Hi Barbara,

I read that post. But it is not what I want to achieve.
I want to follow what the BootCamp course told me to do.

Find one on Kyle's lessons in Level 1 and your affiliate link will be at the top. Here's one of mine (I put in a space so you can see it) https://my.wealthyaffiliate. com/training/online-entrepreneur-certification-getting-started-level-1/a_aid/100b117d

Hi Marion,

Thank you for your input. I think what I want to say that: Is there a filter to show the FREE video only?

All the videos on Level 1 are available to free members. It's up to you to choose which one you want to link to. Your affiliate link will be at the top of the page.

Are there other videos besides the level 1?

I will choose one video from level 1 and make a post about it.

There are the videos on Level 1 Certification Course and Level 1 Affiliate Bootcamp.

Hey Arief, free member's benefit is limited, if you check the WA join site, there is no live video classes for free members :

http://www.wealthyaffiliate.com/join

There are some, Jewel. I think like Marion stated above, they are only available on the Level 1 course.

Hey Arief, thanks for letting me know!! :)

Goe on YouTube and you will find lots of WA videos.
Robert

But I want to have my affiliate link and direct them immediately to WA.
Do you have other suggestions?

You want to have a video with your link in it - is this correct?
Robetr

Yes, Robert.
I want to feature a video from WA that has my link. Not a youtube video.

Marion Black is the one to ask about videos.
Enjoy your Wednesday.

I think a page would be better. I've heard Google doesn't like sub-domains. I am thinking of moving one of my sites into a page on the other one.

can you produce a page on your current site - or a couple and link them together. test them over a few weeks, see the interest and if you feel it is worth it - swap them over to a new site.
least work at the start
or produce a 'coming soon' landing page with a freebie for a new site, to test the waters? build a new list? do it as a subdomain of your existing site build it up offline over a month and trickle it out to your list
whichever way you go have fun
phil

Arief, sounds like you have a good idea in the right market. Since you speak the language, I would just make a new page.

It will lower the hassle for you, instead of managing both sites simultaneously. This way you can see if your Bahasa page, is getting traction in your market.

Thank you for your insight.

Hi Arief, I would choose a new page and your query has generated a huge response. Irv.

Hi Irv,

I think I will go this path. I will choose a page. But I'm still open to other suggestions.

There is a plugin which should take care for it, but I haven't tried it out. It is for (manual) translations posted on the same site. It is called "Ceceppa Multilingua"

No, Heidi. I did not look for a translation plugin.

I will be writing content in Bahasa Indonesia for my local market.
I am thinking whether I should put in my English website as a page
or
I make a sub domain that will be filled with articles using Bahasa. (But this is another website to maintain).

It is NOT a translation plugin but one who handles the same content in different languages. I think it is worth while to check it out. I will do it soon as I have begun to post content in different languages ....

Hi Heidi,

Thank you for recommending Ceceppa Multilingua.
I am not quite sure how I can benefit from this plugin, though.

It is the same thing with Parent attribute IMHO.
What do you think?

I don't know that one. As I said, I haven't yet looked into it, but it is on my list.
If you find out something about multilingual sites, please keep us up to date. We are quite a few with similar issues!

Ok .. I have the same thing to consider with one of my sites .. the site is in English but it's content is for Indonesia. I intended doing a Bahasa version but have realised there is a problem. I need an English site and Bahasa site for Indonesia and an English site for English speaking countries. The content will be slightly different in the two English versions because what we provide in Indonesia is a little different than for the other countries. So my answer is: If am are dealing with identical content I would use pages, if I am using different content then I would go with a subdomain.

That is my thinking. Hope it contributes. Cheers, William.

Same content (within the same niche) use a page.

Different content (different niche) use a sub domain.

Is that it, Pak William?

Same content .. use a page

Different content (same niche or different niche) .. use a subdomain

The reason is so your Customer does not get confused. Even if it is more work and more SEO the important thing is the Customer experience.

Cheers, William.

No William I would try and keep fresh content on each one...

If it's a different niche to the one your working on right now, then new site.. New content

I AGREE WITH WILLIAMHESTI :-))

I say a page.

Why do you suggest a page? Help me please.

I do not want a subdomain, I want a domain.

A sub domain, Google will like it as its relevant to your main page, so if your site is already Ranked it may help the sub domain to push forward..

A sub domain will not have relevancy to the original domain. That's why we can build our SiteRubix site with different niches.

This is too hard for me.

Ariel, I'm not talking about site rubix, I'm talking about a domain you own.. If you are saying you want to build the shaving site in Bahasa, then it is relevant, it's just a different language, which Google understands.. memahami... Lol

Because they are relevant, you can mention, on your English site that to read in Bahasa go here

I am not saying that I am going to build a website... I am just saying that I want to sell my products to the local market.

That's why I need a sub domain or a page.

Sorry Arief, I'm not talking about starting a new site,, it's figure of speech, if your selling product, then a page should do..
