What is Your dream?
What are little girls made of -- sugar, spice and everything nice. That's what little girls are made of. Everytime I heard that poem, my tummy filled with laughter. Then of course, I wondered and read... what are little boys made of -- all I can remember is snails and puppy dog tails. Even then, we grapple with defining what does it mean to "be". This poem compares being to things. In fact, we seem to be just a little bit happier when we have a few of being that grows giggles. Nuns singing curiosity and life explore it this way - a few of my favorite things -- rainbows...crisp apple streudle...tied up in strings. Those were a few extracted favorite things. What are yours? What are those things that make your toes wiggle and your eyes crinkle. The things you dream in the closed-eye moments so you can focus so vividly the images seem touchable What are your dreams? What you hope for and get giggly when you think about them. Then add a smile to the world.

Interesting question Alicia. Over the years I guess my dream has changed. When I was single it was different from the one I had when my children were growing. Now that I am retired again it has changed.
I guess at this present time my dream is to stay healthy and have the capacity to travel and enjoy life.
