Spent the night in Emergency
Hi all
First of all sorry for not being able to answer or comment on any replies or posts yesterday.
Yesterday morning my time all was great I helped all that I could in WA, then around early afternoon started to feel a bit more tired than usual and start to feel some tension in my shoulders and chest.
Because of my heart condition, My family insisted that they take me to the Emergency Hospital just in case. So I finally agreed and went as there was no way I was going to win this battle with them.
Some of you may know that last month I had an Angioplasty which didn’t go to plan and they couldn’t clear all the blockages in a couple of Arteries and another one is 80% blocked so they rescheduled this later on the 14th April where I will have a stent put in.
As I said I wasn’t feeling that great and because it was chest pains involved I was fortunate to only wait a short time which was just under an hour then off to get my accommodation for the night (called a hospital bed).
Then the usual tests continued the blood tests, ECG, medication such as aspirin, and another one I forgot the name which is to help thin the blood to be safe.
It wasn’t’ warfarin but some new medication recently brought in, that’s why I can’t remember it.
Then again who cares for the name as long as it does the job?
The ECG did show some changes compared to the last tests I did in Feb when I had the Angioplasty as my daughter (quick thinking) took my last test results from then with her.
Fortunately, it was only some minor changes not major. However, still a change so according to the doctors I did have what they would call a mini-stroke but I was cleared for any major issues.
I still have the April operation to do but this is in another hospital and the one I went to last night which is closer to me I would have to wait for at least another 6 months to do the same thing.
I spent the night there and came home once cleared by the doctor in the morning and was able to go home just as they brought in some breakfast,
Well, that is what they called it anyway.
The toast was ok but I think I was supposed to have scrambles eggs at least that’s what it stated. I had to have a second look before I had some.
Apple Juice still tasted like apple Juice so that was a benefit.
After a couple of mouthfuls I said to my wife Ok that will do for me I just lost my appetite and just want to get home.
BoredSo now I am home and been resting for a few hours.
This is so boring just lying around as I can’t stand lying around doing anything, especially as I lost valuable time yesterday afternoon and evening being at the hospital.
The first thing I did after I eventually got up is to go to the other room and do a mini mediation, calmed down my body, do some healing to myself for a change and when finished came here on the computer.
I feel much better for doing that as I would rather be here on the computer being productive and spend better time working on my websites and being here with you.
So I would like to apologize once more for not getting back to some of you but now you know why I didn’t respond in the usual way for my close friends I have here.
Gradually, I will start to respond to some replies, emails, and the usual stuff we tend to do online.
I will have some longer rests today (I guess) at least until I am bored again then will get back on the computer.
Well knowing me the longer rests will actually be short ones LOL
So hopefully catch up with you soon.

I am glad you have a strong family that gave you no choice in the matter of going to emergency.
A mini stroke is a warning to you. I hope you acknowledge this as a sign you are perhaps not following the proper recommendations and perhaps need to slow down your activities.
You are a vital asset to WA and I am sure to your family and loved ones.
Please take it easy. Just because you may feel better does not mean you should push yourself.

Thanks Michael I am and have been taking proper recommendation already on 16 tablets a day personally and the two doctors failure to get the job done last month with the angioplastry.
I believe that may be a factor as well. But I have that op in Apr so will see how that goes.
