I'd add that changing your mindset can take some time and require consistent persistence. This method takes focusing on what you want every day for perhaps as much as 60 days. Sometimes less.
With a little practice, however, there is an NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) technique known as "6-step reframing" that can get results much faster.

Yes, for some it can take longer than others depending on their life situation, but the more that apply, the more gratitude they bring within themselves, the greater the opportunity to apply that positive mindset and change for the better.

NLP with Google means "Natural Language Processing" which is part of AI. I'm referring to "Neuro-linguistic Programming" which is where the "6-Step Reframing" method was developed in the 1970s.
Naturally, many people get these NLPs mixed up. They were being developed at around the same time in the 1960s and 70s and have nothing to do with each other. I wrote a WA post on this a while back: NLP vs NLP vs NLP vs NLP For Creators ;-)

This is great and well done. I believe it is the key to success at anything. It does take some discipline to develop. Replacing negative information is a real challenge as there is an overload of negative information vs the positive information. I believe your message and presentation here can be very helpful to those who would follow it. Thanks for posting this.
