Clicking the Spam Button or Just a bunch of Troll Thugs
We know about the spam button that is available for any member to hit when we see or feel a post as spam.

I am not going to cover the main reason on what spam is according to WA rules you can click the link above and read it for yourself.
Some of you may learn something new for a change for others use this to benefit and enhance what is and what is not allowed here within the community.
When do I click the spam button?
Spam come in many forms but in the but end Spam is spam.
There are reasons that may determine if you should click the button or not.
Here are just some variances
We have seen in particular over the last 12 months or so of an increase of some of these regular ones.
- 1. 1. These regular ones we see with the gambling, poker, and those education promotion sites
These are definite spam and it is obvious they are not here to learn as starter members but to try their luck in scamming someone of their money in one way, shape or form.
For these types, definitely recommend you click the spam button you do not have to provide the Spam is a no no link to them, as they simply couldn’t care what you say or give to them.
For them to be taken off it normally 10 members to click the spam button for action to be taken automatically or unless you send a PM to Kyle or Carson.
However, I would in this case just recommend to click the spam button and action will be taken by the powers to be as they have their own algorithims
It may even happen earlier if anyone with authority see these spammes and action will be taken straight away.
But as we know Kyle and Carson have a lot to do to make and five us the best experience for our progress forward with the training our website and all else.
So your support in these cases is always a benefit to make such spammers have action to be taken earlier.
Self-promotion or promoting other sites
Some are innocent newbies who many not fully understand the rules and your part, as a FELLOW COMMUNITY MEMBER is to remind them that they are not allowed to self-promote according to WA rules.
Provide the link, which is shown below, maybe even read it yourself for a change and look to see if you are not breaking some of the rules yourself, as I know there are members who are still self-promoting even some who have been here for a while.
Sometimes (and use your BETTER Judgement) where you don’t need to click the spam button as it can be just an innocent misunderstanding but most cases it is not.
But if they persist to break the rules then that is where you should click the spam button and let them know. WA will take care of the rest in fixing this issue.
Of course we have those that is here just to spam and try their luck as I mention at the top with the gambling etc. ones those we know are definite spam and they have no intention or care about any rules so click the spam button on them
These are the two main types of spam we tend to see the most here and as I said read the rules for other issues to be aware of.
Then we have these low life’s with ulterior motives
Do you click the spam button for the right reasons or as I said above are you just a group of Trolls Thugs ganging together and enjoy clicking the button for other reasons to get someone banned or have their writing privileges revoked?
I am not going to mention names on who did what or who was banned at least not for now but if this continues then I will name names to the community because others need to know who these thugs are.
I am not talking about the original first time these ones have done this but the ones who are repeatly doing this over and over and over again.
I have seen this happen in the past and have lost two awesome members one in particular that did nothing wrong and only joined to learn to improve their website and give inspiritaional blogs to share and help others because they also had a heart of gold with no malice within them at all.
Yet they were constantly harassed and as soon as their access got taken away and after talking to the power to be, these morons were at it again as soon as they saw this person active they got spammed again.
Now they have left and no longer want to be a part of WA because of these trolls they have ruined their faith with online marketing.
So I am still unhappy with how some members have been treated in the past and am seeing this happen again.
Yes we have some starter members and premium who may give the wrong choice of words some just are predjudice some are angry because they are being picked on and retailate back unfortunately with certain words that should not be mentioned.
I can understand that situation and there are some who know what I am talking about but targeting an individual consistanly is not on, especially when they are not in the wrong.
You know who you are and I am talking this seriously this is happening far too often and the battle war you have decided to play is not over and only will be when you get layed out with the trash where you belong.
And stop being a hypocrite with messages to powers to be either, You are so fake.
For you Hell will feel like a Summer vacation but the time I am done and I will accept my Karma for that.
It is unfortunate, there are some to have other ideas in mind and wish to ruin your happiness here for some in Wealthy Affiliate.
These Trolls, like a gang of Thugs group together quietly, and attack behind your back some even pretend to be a friend or follow you mostly.
They love to provoke and push other people buttons wait for some response then they attack the person, even their family members, and try to interrupt their online business or attempt to anyway.
They originally came here to create a business for themselves like the rest of us however along the way they changed for whatever reason.
They may not like others being successful before them, some just don’t like the person maybe because they are jealous and can’t hack it themselves, some just love to be a pain in the a## and group with similar morons and get enjoyment.
Get over it leave people alone and just do your own work instead.
There are various reasons but it all boils down to they just can't be happy for themselves or others and react to others for their own failures.
They are just a bunch of bullies and like all bullies can’t handle their own failures without taking it out on others to give themselves some impressions of superiority.
The only impression you give is that you still have you head up your a@@ and haven’t learned to take it out.
Although WA aims to keep this place we all call home as spam free as possible there are some who wish to take advantage not only as a free member but some have become premium members obviously under false pretences.
For now that is all I want to say in general.
Now I am speaking to YOU the individual and the group of Trolling Thugs as a whole.
I know many of your names so do others including at the top.
Stop your pathetic actions and start to focus on what you came here in the first place.
If you don't like a person or what they say then move away and get on with your own work simple as that.
That is to go through the training, build a website with your selected niche and work on achieving success that way.
The way you are heading now is the opposite direction, which will not only see you fail financially but you may not be here that much longer if you persist in what you do.
So get a life and leave good people alone if you want to click the spam button on those gambling sites etc. that I mention above fine but don’t go with spamming members even after they get their access back again just because you get a kick out of it.
This has to stop and you need to get a life.
Think about it hard do you want to remain a member here and work hard to build up your website business or do you want to burn badly where your only life will deteriorate as you are trying to deteriorate others.
I am not pulling any more punches I will take whatever action I can to stop you from trolling again even if it means having my privileges taken away it won’t stop me and neither will you.
People create scam reviews I will create troll reviews in whatever way I feel along with the name of your websites and who you are.
Some of you even to the the extra lengths to spam their sites and attempt to ruin their working lives.
So leave my fellow members here alone and get on with focusing on your life.
So think about it hard
Karma is a bitch and I am more than willing to be your Karma at whatever cost to me
So stop it now and get on with building your business and focus on that.

I'll Be honest, I'm a bit nervous to keep putting blogs on here...in the intentions of you trying to do good some people may just decide they don't like you and target you, it makes me feel almost like I should stay quiet....I say ALMOST because we can't let bullies scare us from being successful. I know I will do the right thing, follow rules, help others and try to share love and community to others. Instead of bullying, these "trolls" should focus on their own success and cheer those who have made amazing accomplishments on here. They should take value that these folks are willing to share their success and give tips and advice so that others can follow in their footsteps! So no I won't let myself be bullied in writing post to try to help others, ask questions and I certainly will NOT let any foolish shenanigans keep from my success here on WA!
Well said Rob just keep going forward for all the right reasons and just blog here if you wish you have every right to do so.withou being attacked by trolls.
You know what you can't add and I know you will do break the rules some haven't broken the rules yet they get attacked just because that have some people as their targets over and over again.
I am sure WA are doing their best to weed these people out, but those intent on harm simply return again under another name/email address.
It must be a major headache for WA to keep on top of this.
Yes it is Paul but this has to stop and I want WA to take the max effort to stop these trolls it has gone on for far too long. This is not just a week or two this in months of attacks so it needs to end now.

It is a fine line. And we are many different people here and many different ways of communicating.
And the reality is unfortunately that there will always be someone trying to harass others. But there will also be those who take everything as harassment and are not willing to take any constructive feedback. And those who support this victim role as well as refuse to listen to arguments and refuse to think the WA rules also go for them.
So it is a fine line - ultimately it all comes down to us. I for one will not let trolls or negativity stop me from moving forward. If I get feedback I will look at it. If there is truth in it, I will try to learn from it. If not, I will try to move on.
In general, people should be focusing on building their business and not get caught up in drama whether it is in a victim role, supporter of a victim role, or as an attacker.
Normally I would agree with what you stated but in these cases these trolls are hunting certain members not just here but outside of WA as well trying to ruin their lives and business.
These issues have nothing to do with feedback or not accepting what is said these are personal attacks that have occurred not just here but outside on WA as well.
I have seen members who got the access back come on say hello and a few minutes later they are gone again and nothing was said except a simple hello or giving help on another member.
There is a difference with what you stated and what is actually happening.
Sounds like there are many things I am not aware of. Attacks like this are of course not acceptable.

I only hit spam for the type of posts you mention and do gently let members know that they need to remove their links. Sometimes using the word spam can offend people so I try to let them know that they cannot self promote, it sounds kinder.
Thanks Kerry that is the way it should be yes some members can push the limits with self promotion but as I said if they continue then hit the spam button.
But these added actions by these trolls should not be happening and is not on.
They know who they are and I know they will read this perhaps even taking the extra measure to take this off and have me blocked if so I will come back and let everyone know more.

Consider that it may be that you are in fact relieving yourself of some karma by confronting these bullies!
Because if there is a group of 'troll thugs' like this going around policing the posts, they do need to be dealt with -- and not dealing with them would also create karma.
So I'm glad for what you have said in this regard and you have my support, for what it's worth.

Yes it may relieve some karma but I am prepared to receive Karma if need be plus I will create more Karma and be the Karma as well.
If this becomes my issue with Karma so be it I have dealt with worse issues in life than this. as I said hell is a summer vacation

It was sad to see some recent people lose write privileges when others that push the limits on every single post seemed to be ignored.
I hope the mean spirited group will go away soon. They clearly have you mad.
I didn't realize that it took 10 people to get someone's privileges revoked. That is a big group. Maybe I am happiest not having any idea who they are.
That was the normal amount years ago and might still be but there are others who try and attack directly to the powers to be and become hypocritical with their words.
I love to help others as you know I am also generally open but this affects me badly as well and I won't be surprised if this gets taken down or I have my privileges taken away by these trolls.
I would be happy not to mention names but if it gets to that point I will at all costs to me.
I just want this to stop once and for all concerned trolls and the genuine members here.
But there is more to this but I won't be saying anything further on that.

I'll keep an eye on all of this but as yet I've not run into bullies/trolls here -- I don't go into the chat room, for one thing, maybe that's why.
I certainly don't see why your blog post on this topic would be taken down and would be surprised if the trolls have that much influence -- unless they gang up and spam reports to the automation here at WA that tracks spammage reports on blogs? But i would think a human would do the final checking -- maybe it's too much time to do that, I don't know.
Thank you and yes as you can see still up but all that is needed for them to group together and click their spam buttons. But that would serve no real purposes here no names are mentioned nor any form of spam so they wouldn't have a leg to stand on if they did.

I used to think that the community aspect was one of the major pluses to WA membership. The problem is that you can't really control who else is here. Sometimes that's good because other perspectives and experiences add to the knowledge base. Sometimes, like with the troll-types you mention, it's a big problem.
It's so much easier to just work on my sites and not be social here but in doing that, I feel almost guilty because others have helped me so much and it feels like by concentrating on my site, I'm not giving back to the community. It becomes out of balance.
I agree Ginger we cant help those scammers who come as a starter member and self promote as I mentioned with the gambling etc but they get sorted regardless how much they keep trying.
WA has algorithms in place for these but for these trolls something needs to be done quick smart for the benefit of the community.
Don't feel guilty if you feel you are not giving back to the community there are many here only too willing ot help should you need
By all means, work on your site as that was the original intent to come here but also know as I said there are heaps of members only too willing to help and support I will be there for you if you need.
