Do you see the watermark "Shutterstock" on that image? That means it's not the correct type of an image to use without paying for the rights to use it.
I think you had gone to a royalty free site and the side banner promoting plans . Shutterstock tracks our movements for stock photography. By the way that picture is stellar gorgeous;) congratulations to being indexed also ;) you’ll definitely take it steady and learn it very soon, Infact I need to get back to track ;) this picture is rich;)
No problem just make sure you learn the differences when it comes to images. Some people take joy is suing over the misuses and it can really sink your ship if you aren't careful.
There are lots of training about what is "Fair Use" and what isn't. Royalty free isn't the same thing as free to use.
Site content has 1 million plus images that will be fine to use. The other option is to take your own pictures whenever you can to be the safest.
