Around 85% of world population is Vitamin-D deficient. Are you surprised by this shocking stats?

The deficiency is shown to be related to plethora of symptoms (shown in the picture below) per current research. It covers disease symptoms more than you think including cancer and dementia. The field is evolving and new symptoms and studies are revealed on daily basis.

I know you need Magnesium to leverage vit-d along with K-Vitamin, Zinc, and A.
I am evaluating Vit-d as my niche and have done some research as well. Back pain has been written as not curable but there are conflicting opinions about it.


If your vitamin D is low you will also experience exhaustion.

Thanks so much for sharing this valuable information. I was dangerously low on vitamin D, and still am for the most part. I believe it is what triggered my auto-immune.

Because of that, I lay out in the sun every Saturday and Sunday morning for about 20 minutes, and I always feel so much better after. Thanks again for sharing.

Thank you, Gina for stopping by. I am happy to know you are getting your Vit-D from the sun. I had low Vit-D and I am spending some time in the midday sun as well. It just feels good.

There are Vitamin D tablets you can take that will give you a higher dose of Vitamin D. Your body does not store Vitamin D. My doc has me taking 1000 mg per day.
