if my wbsite not ready yet how can i direct people to WA and still get a credit
In addition to social media, you can post in forums and add WA links to your signature but be sure to follow the forum's advertising rules.
You can also post in free classified ad sites.
You can use free list builder sites that enable you to send free ads to their list.
None of the above are as effective as sending traffic to your own website, but it can supplement your marketing until your site is ready. ~Jude

Yes, Definitely post your WA links on your social media websites and try to engage discussion about the high points of WA.

If you can generate a post or page that will direct someone to the WA website, your site is ready. Not complete, just ready to earn. Once your potential customer gets to the WA link, your link page will do the rest.
