Why Bad Feedback Is Good For Business

Don't look at bad feedback's as hurtful, in fact, it's good for business. Whenever you receive bad feedback turn it into something good.

Feedback is a way to make your customers or visitors happier when they come to your website. Receiving feedback's help you make adjustments to your website for more customer viewing experience. Although you will receive good feedback's as well, but it's those bad feedback's that gets the energy flowing.

Here some examples....

Why I love Bad Feedback and you should too.

Thanks for an encouraging post, it helps with my negative thoughts

Thanks Pepeiata for understanding, that is the exact purpose of this post, you will get them.

Tensae, thanks for commenting

I agree that negative feedback is an opportunity to make things better. There are times negative feedback has nothing to do with the site or the product you are selling but is based on the emotions of the buyer at a particular moment. In cases like that even if you do not learn anything from it, you can still reach out to the consumer and somehow make them feel better. So yes, negative feedback can be a positive thing for the site and for the person who left the feedback.

Thanks Mbond for sharing your thoughts

I think you are making the "lemonade from lemons" point. "happy talk" comments that don't really say much are nice in terms of a little extra traffic but they don't give us any real value.

That true Bill, thanks for stopping bye

I agree 100%.

Thanks Roger

No problem, Anthony. They criticize my at work when I talk to the customers. I have to talk to the manager about my hours before they keep cutting my hours.

Yes, it happen on our job, and business, my friend , I hope you get that straighten out.

I think what it is that I'm not a yes man and they hate that, especially my manager up front named Monday. Since I do not work there til Wednesday, I'll probably call him tomorrow.

Yes I know where you coming from, but don't go getting to no trouble my friend

I'm going to ask if it's going to continue to happen because I do have family in NY that would love to see me around Thanksgiving week. That includes Black Friday.

Constructive criticism!

Randy

Thanks Randy

Very powerful observation, Anthony. While I enjoy an ego massage as much as anyone, I sure wish I had more hard edged honesty about my content...
Can't improve without understanding where the problems are.

Thanks Sftat for stopping bye

Bad feedback points out a problem which invites a searched solution!

Thanks Mike for stopping bye

Hello Anthony,

Being the writer that I am, I saw a grammatical error in the title of this post, and just wanted to alert you of it.

Basically, to be grammatically correct, your post title can be one of the following two options:

Why Bad Feedback Is Good For Business

or

Why Bad Feedback's Good For Business

And also the word feedback isn't quantifiable, so regardless of whether you have a little bit of feedback or a lot, it's feedback, not feedback's. Like the word water.

(I used Feedback's as an option above because in that case, Feedback's is short for Feedback Is. But, the plural form of the word is spelled the same as the singular: feedback.)

Love it... thanks Spirit.. thank for feedback..my friend.

Hi Anthony
I agree, constructive feedback, even negative ones, should build strength not break down creativity, I always consider negative comments as gaining experience.

Gary
