Key Message from Coach’s First Class
Today, our affiliate market coach, Bo Tipton, gave us the first lesson. The one-hour class covers all aspects of the affiliate market, such as niche, website, content, and monetization etc. The key message I obtain from coach’s teaching is how to create value and deliver value to our audiences.
Value is the lifeline of affiliate market business. Bo presented a special example on how to add value to our audiences. Website is the critical way for us to transmit our message and deliver our value to our customers. Every page and post in the website should have the following elements: identify problem, present solution to the problem, and benefit of the solution to our customers.
Identify problem
Problem is every where in the world. We need to spend time to identify and define the problem. For affiliate marketers, our goal is to identify specific problem in ordinary people’s daily life. Every one has problem in different extents and aspects. There are many ways find people’s issues, such as through conversation with family members and friends, Yahoo question and answer, google search, and Quora etc.
For example, I typed smoking in the Quora search, the first question came out: What are some successful ways to quit smoking? This is people’s question and problem. He or she has problem of finding the best way to quit smoking.
Be clear about what the problem is and remember that different people may have different views of what the issues are.
Solution to problem
Now the problem is identified. It is time to do some brainstorming. We need to address the problem and find the best solution to the problem. It is important to understand that different customers have different perception of best solutions. Prepare solutions to all potential circumstances and give customers choices.
Benefit to our customers
The ultimate goal of affiliate market is to provide value to customers. The benefit to our customers is critical to our success.
In sum, in the world of affiliate market, the first thing you need to do is find the problem to solve. The problem serves as the foundation for your affiliate market. With defined problem, you then provide solutions to your customers and deliver values to your customers.

That class sounds like it has great value, and I look forward to sitting in on it one day. People really are looking for solutions to problems. Our job is to find the right angle to present it to them with good solutions, leaving room for them to participate in the solutions also.
Yes indeed, Anthony. Basic yet valuable key points. We need to remember with each word we speak, each word we type, we are a beacon for someone who is searching for an answer. Thanks for sharing and much success.
