All you have to do is change the nameservers to the site that you want your hosting to be in :D
i would say you need to do a complete site backup/export, point your nameservers to your new hosting and then restore/import backup

To transfer your site away from WA there are several processes. First of all you go to dashboard/tools/export/all content. See the image below. Theoretically this captures all of your content but frequently practice it doesn't collect all the images from the media file as you can't go to your Control Panel to download the media file you have to access your site by FTP.
Accessing Your Website via FTP
Search for a file called uploads and download your media images. Then you are backed up so you change the nameservers to your new host. Install will press then import the first downloaded export file and using FTP upload the images to the media file

There are a few different reasons for why that could happen. But first things first you need to submit a support ticket under the site support tab and see if it is something simple like your login info being auto generated.
If so you should be able to find this out by hovering your mouse over the Site Rubix Tab and then clicking the Site Builder Tab.
If you can not login with what you find there than you should submit that ticket to support.
Usually it does not take them more than a few hours to get back to you and at most a day if that long.
