I just paid my yearly membership fee yesterday, but I found that they charged me $361, I saw that the yealy fee is $ 359. actually that $2 is not a big deal, I would just like
Hmmm seems like an error. Maybe it has something to do with leap year 2020. I'm sure someone in the Community has experienced the same extra fee that you noted. Hopefully they can tell you what happened with their situation.
Hi - it could be a foreign transaction fee, as WA is based in Canada. However, as Grace has said, your best bet is to check with Kyle or Carson.

Those are charges instituted by a bank. We have no connection to this, this is purely in the bank trying to gouge you. I would suggest contact your bank directly and see what is going on as these are fees we do not initiate, nor collect.
Hi, Kyle , thank you for answering, there is nothing to do with the bank, yesterday I sent a screenshot to you, it was from your site charged me $ 49 +312=$361. because I did not check that i was charged $49 before I paid my yearly fee, so it asked me to pay 312 from here at WA, so I paid it that I just found out it already took 49 so why I showed it here is $361

I see what happened.
When your last monthly went through for $49, you still had some days left from that month you paid when you upgraded to Yearly.
So this is what happened, your last monthly went through let's say on Aug 1, you must have paid for the Yearly before Aug 31, when your next Monthly was due again.
Because you had some days left from that month, your Yearly plan got prorated.
Yearly plans are $359, you were only charged $312, so you had $47 off because you just paid not long ago for the monthly so that monthly got prorated and subtracted from your Yearly plan.
So what does this mean, you just paid for 2 days at the monthly rate, and then for a Yearly. So you paid $361 in total for 2 days ($2) + 365 days ($359) = 367 days ($361).

Thank you very much for letting me know that . last month I paid was 13 July .I thought they charged me 12th This month and I paid yealy fee was 12th at same day .so they wouldn t charge me more. but now I know that system takes money automaticly .

Yeah the timing of the charge is a bit off because of time zones, but yes, if you're on monthly or yearly, you'll be automatically charged for the plan you choose since it's a subscription, that's what PER month or PER year means.
Next year, you'll be automatically charged $359 if you don't cancel beforehand, which you can do under your profile settings.
