I am attempting to put a copyright seal on my material and name using HTML. Anyone done this before, please assist.. Does it go somewhere on the header as i wish for it to show

If you're just wanting to add the copyright symbol "©" to your logo name, or any text, all you need to do is hold down the option (on mac) or alt (on pc) key and type "g" it will give you the copyright symbol.

I've heard of copyscape, but it really doesn't prevent anyone from copying if they want to do so. Besides. whoever copies your content is going to be the owner of duplicate content. Not good for them!
I suppose we all have different position but there is a law that governs violation. Also an online agency who you can report activity. Thanks!

I logged out. Then entered my email checking forgot password. Then you will be asked for your payment. Hope this helps. ^_~

I use 12 second commute and their responder is just as good as awebber, it does the same job for less money and all my tools are in one place. The Spam laws has made it hard to do business now, people just cry spam and you are banned.Even if you have their IP most ISP's don't want to hear it.
Use an autoresponder. I suggest AWebber. They have all kinds of videos and training available!

(some do not let you import without having an ip address and all info including name). Then if they let you import they get an email and if they don't confirm the subscription again you won't have them on your list. You might as well remove them if they dont confirm as they will be taking up space on your responder. I have tons of prospects that come into my blog and capture pages but most dont resubscribe and if I move them they cry spam and unsubscribe. Hi, Rob. The easiest way is going to be by using any one of the email systems. Aweber, mailchimp, constant contact...all of these will work (and I'm sure there are others). Aweber has live people to coach you through it; mailchimp I find is easier and it's free depending on how many emails you're sending in a month; I have never used Constant Contact.
There are two types of messages you can send: a broadcast, or autoresponders. Broadcast will send your message to everyone at the same time. Autoresponders send them in a series, with specific time spans between them, based on when they sign up on your list.
I don't know how you got them to sign up...you must have a form of some sort to collect the emails and usually that will tie directly into the email program, so you don't have to enter them at all.

Do you just have these as part of your emails that you've send back and forth with them? If so, then politely ask them if they wouldn't mind signing up to your mailing list (if you don't have one, AWEBER/MailChimp etc can be used).
Once they have given their permission to be contacted in this way - you can start sending newsletters etc.
If you don't have that permission, but have had them correspond through email, I believe it's courtesy (if not law in some places) to ask before just adding them to a mailing list.

The visitors did subscribe and left their name. Which is authorization but I need to use them and know the fastest way to get them to send them emails.

When you say they subscribed - I assume you've setup a form to capture their email address.
Which program/service have you used for this? If it is either of the two I mentioned, then you should be able to create an email within that program, and send it to your subscribers, or to a subset of those subscribers.
If you confirm the program you use, I'm sure users of that here will be able to give you some further assistance.
