I am setting up my links, but some of them appear in blue and others appear in black, I would like to use just one color. Can somebody help me, please?
There are 4 states of links:
Unvisited
Hover
Mouse Down
Visited
It's normal for the links to change color for the different states. But if you really want to change this use CSS. Custom CSS: Change Link Colors Site-Wide
They may appear blue before they are clicked, and then change color after clicked.
It all depends on how they are defined in the CSS.

If you need flexibility, use plugin called ads-inserter.
With it, you can set up any ads, adsense, banner etc within the plugin setting.
It has 16 places you can choose to display your ads.
Top page
Within para
Before content
After content
after xx% of your page...and so on.
Try it and all the best.

Start with Jay's training. Let’s Build a Landing Page LIVE! You will finds lots more by typing the phrase 'Landing Page' into the WA Search bar. Kyle also has some great training. Even though it is a bit dated, most of the content is evergreen, so worth a look at his tutorials as well.

That's not just about the design, that's about the value of the content on your site. What you have listed are everyone's goals. For the email list, make it easy for them to sign up and offer some sort of gift for doing so - a PDF of information, a list of links to answer questions they may have, etc. That could also be the brochure you want them to download.
To encourage people to buy a product, help them understand how the product will solve a problem they have. That's the best way to get someone to purchase something. Your copy will be the biggest factor there.
