Lately, one of the posts on my website has been getting a ton of spam comments, pushing everything from roofing contractors to skin care products. I know Wealthy Affiliate has

Yeah, Although I have AnitSpam protection enabled, I still get a lot of Spam. Is that a sign that the site is getting traction? :D :P

Make sure you've got Site Protect turned on for your website. If the problem persists contact Site Support or install Antispam Bee plugin.

Hey. Yes, I have gotten a few with my Wordress site. I marked them as spam and deleted them. I haven't gotten any more in the last month.

Have you guys been getting a lot of spam comments?

I have been having trouble accessing Wealthy Affiliate. I entered www.wealthyaffiliate.com, and it would normally automatically go to the main site where I could log in. Howe

Think it's just been fixed.

Thanks. I saw it was fixed rather quickly after I posted this. I could've waited.

The question is what "low-competition" for you is. For me this is 30, if you aim much higher it is difficult and you may be wasting your time.

Next, the initial ranking is temporary and it is quite normal that the post sinks after that. It may vanish completely for several weeks, and it may or may not bounce back, see the first paragraph.

Ranking in Google is different from Bing, there are more 200 factors in Google and more than 1000 in Bing. So they are independent.

Forget penalties by Google, do proper SEO and go for low qsr. See more here

No one could give you a definite answer as to why some posts rank and others don't, but perhaps the link below will help:

I have been going through the bootcamp training, and I am at the lessons covering pay-per-click (PPC). In the introduction video, Kyle says that by now, we should be getting t

Dial in your conversion first, right now it is costing no money.

Now with that said you can do that faster with PPC - but you need to be willing to spend the money to do that and if money is tight - don't do PPC - not yet.

How do you know when to use ppc?

OK, so I am in the WA Bootcamp, Course 4, Lesson 8. One of the tasks is to pin 5 pages from WA. I guess here is as good a place as any to say that I am a complete newbie when

Interesting Mel, thanks for the tip.

Since Pinterest started doing promoted pins (i.e., paid pins), it's cracking down on anything remotely looking like promotion. Best to drive them to your website, rather than to WA directly.

I knew Google+ didn't allow WA links. I have pinned most of my pages and posts from my website. I was just trying to see if there was a way to pin my WA affiliate links. I guess I'll mark that task as done and skip it. At least Twitter and Facebook still work... for now. Thanks for the info.
