Kyle has you covered here, Andrew! However, kindly let us know if you would additional assistance.

Thanks for asking this question. I have been getting the same message.

Hey Andrew,

We cache all of your content through SiteSpeed, so this isn't something that you need. It is already being done. Totally ignore the Site Health page in Wordpress, it is actually quite useless (and can send you in the wrong direction).

Thanks Kyle, that's great to know.

Everything Wordpress

Hi Team,

I'm looking to migrate a site to WA that I have lost the login to get into the Wordpress dashboard.

I am able to access the Cpanel for this site though.

Yes, it is possible to migrate a WordPress site even if you have lost access to the WordPress dashboard but have access to the CPanel. Here's a general outline of the steps you can take to migrate the site via CPanel files:

1. **Back Up Your Website:** Create a copy of your entire website, including files and content, in case anything goes wrong.

2. **Export the Database:** Use CPanel's database management tool to save your website's content in a file.

3. **Copy Website Files:** Compress or copy all your website files to your computer.

4. **Install WordPress:** Set up a new WordPress installation in your new hosting environment (e.g., Wealthy Affiliate).

5. **Import Database:** Create a new database on your new hosting and import the file you exported earlier.

6. **Upload Files:** Upload the files you copied earlier to your new WordPress installation.

7. **Update wp-config.php:** Modify the wp-config.php file with the new database details.

8. **Update URLs (Optional):** If your domain changed, update website URLs in the database.

9. **Test the Website:** Check your new site to ensure everything works correctly.

Please note that the migration process can vary depending on your hosting provider and specific circumstances, so it's always a good idea to refer to the documentation or support resources of your hosting provider for more specific instructions. Additionally, if you are not familiar with the technical aspects of migration, consider seeking assistance from someone experienced in website migration to avoid potential issues.

Thanks for those details Israel. Looks like a great roadmap to follow!

Contact the hosting provider and ask them for assistance.

Backup your website files and database:

In the cPanel, navigate to the File Manager and compress all the files of your WordPress website into a ZIP file.
Export your WordPress database from the cPanel's phpMyAdmin.

-----

If your site has content, you need to contact site support for further instructions.

They will typically ask you for FTP info and your domain name; they'll set up a siterubix subdomain and upload files then, you can check everything is okay before you point your domain to WA servers.

Thanks Abie for your sound advice again.

So you’re saying I should contact WA site support before I stat this process if my site has content, which it has.

Regards

You may as well before you start doing anything just to be safe.

What happens with my websites if I downgrade from premium plus to premium?

Do I retain what I had before I upgraded? Am I still able to set up 25 websites

Thanks

The quota goes down from 50 websites to 10 websites if grandfathered. Under the new rules, it may even go down to hosting up to 5 websites.

Thanks. How would I get further clarity on that?
