I have recently been experiencing the WSOD for about 2 weeks.
I have done the research on how to resolve this issue, I downloaded FileZilla to connect to my FTP to renam
What worked for me, which Support never recommended, was checking my firewall settings. Make sure you are on a secure private network and try connecting. May work may not - but it's worth giving a shot. Good luck!
