How will you use your MIND> HEART>BODY this upcoming week. Personally, I am going to make the best attempt to intertwine peace throughout each day to help bring balance to all three. I'm going to take early morning walks (the weather looks great for the week here), send friends and family a positive morning message and I'm going to tell my self each day that I CAN DO THIS! How will you manage all three this week?
