Hey Andrea,
If you only have one post on your website, I would suggesting holding off adding affiliate links until you have published more content.
Once you have more content, you can always go back over your posts and sprinkle in a few affiliate links (below the fold) in a few posts so not to overwhelm your visitors. How Your 'Above the Fold' Can Affect Your Rankings Hope you find this helpful.
Hi Triblu,
Many thanks for your suggestions. That was a very interesting article, and it totally makes sense.
What makes me think is the moment I will have to dedicate one entire article to review a product trying to reach 1000 words, when an affiliate link on a related post where that specific product is mentioned would be easier.
But let's see how it goes.
Regards,
Andrea

Hi all,
I hope you re well.
As many of you, I'm in the process of building my website (currently doing level 2 of the Online Entrepreneur Certification).
O
Sorry no refund for the domain name that I've found ): you will just have to let it expire. I have an extra one too
And try getting a google search console account (it's free of course) Submit your sitemap that will ensure Google knows who you are.
Site authority is likely the problem when your searching for your site.
Once your site gains authority related to the words your typing then it will start to show up on the first page.
Hello. Thank you for your response. I will have to buy a new domain I guess.
A Google search console account sounds like a good idea. Thank you for the advice.
Regards,
Andrea
