If you're looking at hair products.
These can be further broken down into the below:
Gender - Wax, mousse, conditioner , shampoo , moisturizer, hair spray , serum & many more.
From there, you can further break it down into brands, price range , effects, ingredient , age range.
Great advice. I did not think about breaking it down by gender and age. Maybe I could target a specific hair type with various products for that specific hair type?
You could do that as well. But that is more for hairdressing matters. If you're focusing on products try to narrow it down a little more

There are multiple sub niches you could cover with hair styling, and an endless list of things you can review.
As already mentioned you can break it down into products, amazon has lots of products you can review such as electrical items like Hair Dryers, Tongs and Straighteners.
You could write articles about styling techniques and link it to relevant Youtube videos.
Then there is hair care and maintenance.
Goto http://ubersuggest.org/ and type in hair products, then you'll get more ideas for articles and relative suggestions than you could ever imagine.
