I keep getting this error when I try to upload plugins. It's very, very annoying. Never had this problem on other hosts.

I need to transfer a current site that is off of WA to my staging account here. I require ftp access. How do I go about getting ftp access?

Free SiteRubix websites do not have FTP access. I've had success using a file manager plugin.
