If you have setup a free website, simply delete it: How Do I Delete My Website and create a new one.
If you simply want to change your site's title: How to Change Your Site Title and Tagline However, if you want change a domain name that you have registered, you will need to purchase a new domain name. Once domains become registered, the name cannot be changed.
