Are you trying to change from credit card, to another credit card?
If so, you can update your billing information here:

We don't store any credit card information on our end, so this is totally secure.
If you are moving from CC to Paypal (or the other way around) or from one Paypal account to another Paypal account, you will need to cancel and resubscribe. This won't be an issue and you won't lose any progress, or activities that you have done thus far.
Thank you for the quick reply, Kyle. I am using PayPal. I thought that the cancel option made sense but was worried that it would delete my account here altogether.
