wealthyaffiliate.org.uk is not a domain name owned or operated by wealthyaffiliate.com
It was registered on the 26th March 2019 (as per the screenshot)
You will need to either contact their hosting provider or the registrar to report the SPAM activity.
I believe this site is hosted by virtbiz.com and the domain name is registered through namecheap.com
But thats your domain, right?
Can you somehow disable that actions for that user. They are trying to scam people

You need to contact the owners of the domain you shared in your post. You are on an entirely different domain here.
Also, if it's coming from the same address - why not just block it?
Also a tip, NEVER ever unsubscribe from anything you didn't subscribe to. This tells the list owner that the email is ACTIVE and you will proceed to get bombarded with even more spam.

Very true, I never click unsubscribe :-)
