If you refer to training, you will be given the same training no matter where you purchased your domain. Also, you will get support from the community regarding any issue or concern you have while you build your site.
Keep in mind that in case of any issue with your domain, you need to contact your registrar (where you purchased your domain or where your domain is registered), WA or any other registrar. Anyway, depending on the issue, WA support is always willing to help or provide the steps to take.
