And once you have it built, you may want to talk with the owner and he if he/she wants to learn how to update his site himself and get him to join WA under you or just charge for hosting his website through your WA membership. After all, he would be paying to host elsewhere anyway and WA has an awesome hosting and support platform. - Shirley
