You cannot download, then re-upload the video to YouTube. That would be considered copyright infringement, no matter who the video owner is.
You can however, use your knowledge that you learned here in WA to create your own video, then upload that to your YouTube channel. You can't copyright knowledge! LOL Screencasts - A step by step course on how to use ScreenFlow to make online movies.

I would need to see exactly what code you are pasting in there - it could be a simple little typo or space issue.
Another way to do it is to use the Image widget, instead of the text widget.
1. Copy and save the banner to your computer.
2. Upload the banner from your computer to WP media library.
3. Go to Appearances > Widget: Add the Image Widget
4. In the widget, hit "Add Image" and select banner from library
5. Click Edit button, new image edit window opens
6. Go to Link, and from drop down menu, choose 'custom link'
7. Copy your affiliate link to notepad first (it cleans the code)
8. From notepad, copy the link into the image Link field.
9. Tick Open in a New Window

Their name is whatever they choose it to be, as well as email address. But again, only the website owner sees that. Those details are required to show their avatar!
Oh nice to know am the only one who can see them. I was worried because previously I could not see the Ip addresses. Thanks
