How to show secondary menu only in homepage
and hide in another page for more space of post content?
You are able to do so on certain premium themes, I am not aware of any free themes that allow this though.
You need a plugin like Display widgets. You will then have your buttons to turn on an off whatever you like.

What is the main objective in watch visitor walking through your website ?

I see many website have popup to get my email and name.
I wonder now I should make optin or make email list.
When I should do, how many people or how many traffic?

I don't post enough to my site to make it worth getting an email subscription form on my sites.
I would ficus on getting as much content as possible out first. As soon as you make your first sale, and/or getting organic traffic each and every day... Then it is time
There is of course nothing wrong with doing this right away but I would not rush that
I am in the minority on this. But unless you have content on your website and able to provide content on a regular and consistent basis to your readers, don't do it.
I published a weekly newsletter for years. It is difficult to provide fresh content every week even with guest articles.
Now, I have a gmail account set up just for newsletters and one just for info. I use the info account to subscribe to many lists, just to check out offers. So many are just pitching their bizops or products.
Just do it! The sooner you start building up an email list of subscribers, the better off you will be in the long run :-)

A lot of members use this plugin and once you set it up its a great way to get people to opt-in.
