Just go to your AIRPLANE button on the top bar, click on it - then on Links & Tracking. In there you will find your links - hope this helps!
When you log in, on the WA dashboard, you'll see an airplane icon (black and white), click on it, you'll see your specific WA affiliate links. You'll use one of the sign-up affiliate links listed so that you receive credit for your friend's sign up.

I already have a domain through Bluehost using wordpress. My question is, will it be easier to transfer it over? or will it not make a difference?

Thank you for the response, but my question is not how. My question is should I? What are the benefits to do so and/or is it worth keeping it the way it is? Or is it worth it to transfer? My apologies if I was not clear.
