Thanks a lot for your prompt replies. I will have to find some time I guess to operate two websites which I thought was the way to go but preferred a second opinion as there are some seasoned people here in the community.

I had the exact same dilemma, and opted to open a separate site for my WA promotion, as my niche site doesn't connect at all to affiliate marketing.
Yes, it is more challenging, but I figured to write a post each day, one for each site....OK sometimes it takes me more than one..two...three days, but the idea is to do one here then one there, that way you don't "lose" touch.
Every time I learn something new about a plugin or a way to do things I go to all sites and implement it, that way I get maximum practice.

I have a separate site for WA and affiliate marketing and one each for my other interests. People coming to each site are there for the subject matter of my website. I don't think they would be impressed at being sold on unrelated products. It is more work but worth it in the end.

Hi, I would create a new website to promote WA. Yes it will be a little harder to maintain 2 sites but the WA site can be about being your own boss and working for yourself and affiliate marketing and once you have got your main pages and content for WA you can easily write blogs about your WA experience and working for yourself and find other stories to share from WA members. Well I have wa and other affiliate network in one site as I guess each blog keywords targeted traffic goes to that blog plus if audience find a variety may look at. I don't know if it is OK as other seniors what they think as what I did

Your beast option is to have a separate site to focus n a particular different audience! It might be a challenge to fit it as a subdomain!
