Thankful on Thanksgiving Day
Today was a day for family and friends.
We took a long walk on a beautiful, cool day. I played kickball with my grandsons and crawled around a bit with my 1-year old granddaughter. Then, late this afternoon we had a delicious dinner together, including a fantastic couple who are Julianna's godparents.
It was a nice, stress-free day, a day when we could just be thankful for all the blessings that God has bestowed on our family.
Missing from our day were our daughter and son-in-law, who live in California. But, being the best auntie and uncle in the world, they sent a video this morning that delighted all of us.
They had been at Disneyland last weekend and had gotten a number of characters to say hello to our grandsons.
Here were Ariel, Snow White, Peter Pan, Baymax, and several others, inviting the boys to Disneyland, with our daughter smiling wide and standing next to each one clapping her hands in glee. The boys watched it over and over. We are planning an all-family excursion to DisneyWorld in January, so this was timely.
So, here I am, finishing up my day with a note to you, my WA community friends. I am thankful to all of you for having a spirit of helpfulness. Thanks especially to Kyle and Carson for developing this business and sharing their knowledge with me.

Not much! The memories are great in pictures but even better in our minds.
I definitely agree! memories of how our loved ones, love us enough to bring joy into our lives even from thousands of miles away that's a memory in itself.
