How to fix my timezone in general settings?

What was your timezone set to before? I'm guessing most likely because you had a different time zone before at the time when you commented, it saved that date in the comment record so that date might be stuck for that particular record.
Try doing a test comment to see if it has the right date now and delete it. I'm guessing your comments since the change will be correct.
