SEO optimization with complex concepts

Just working on thinking through all the new knowledge I have about search engine optimization and using free tools. I'm still a bit confused about what values to focus on, but think I'm making progress. My problem is that I'm trying to build up a specific audiences, and I'm really aiming for a particular mindset for my core audience. I want to bring in people aiming towards self-improvement. Very specifically, there is a concept called self-effacicy - which is basically the belief that an individual holds that they can do something. Self-esteem is part of it, a sense of self-worth is part of it, but neither really covers it. Self effacicy is what gets you to the job interview, and what helps you get the job when you get there. It's that intense knowledge that you CAN DO whatever it is that needs to be done - and self-effacicy applies to pretty much everything in life - not just work, but also making that phone call, advocating for yourself, knowing you deserve to be treated well, knowing you can make dinner, wash the car, travel cross country. That self-effacicy is something that entrepreneurs have in spades, and most people with a healthy self-image have to a reasonable degree. This self-effacicy is the first mental/emotional belief that is damaged by going onto social welfare programs. The programs themselves reinforce that sense through the entire process(filling out paperwork to prove you are unable to care for yourself, only getting benefits if you can prove your own incompetence, and the programs all have income-based supports that are lost when you earn less money than the value of the supports - the precise numbers can vary annually and are not easily found).

My goal for my blog is to help people rebuild their self-effacicy, by regaining control over their lives piece by piece. I want to provide content to help my readers take stock of their lives, and plan how to improve their quality of life. I've been doing this myself for the past 15 years or so. I know I have more privledge and had more opportunities than many others, and so I want to share my hard-won insights, and help others develop a mental structure - a map in a sense - of their steps to improve their lives. Some people might end up working, others might just have better symptom control - that part isn't so important to me- it's more that I want them to be able to be happy in the moment while they plan themselves into better life positions.

Any way - the SEO part - I'm not sure if/how to apply this goal to my search terms - for example, I've got an article about deciding if your doctor is good or worth keeping. I'm seeing the topic up on a variety of medical and health care type blogs, but I'm not seeing more personal blogs talking about it. I want to differentiate myself from the more medical writings, but do tend to think in more academic terms. My entry is currently titled: Evaluating your doctor. I just ran it through ubersuggest and got nothing. No data whatsoever. Most of what I'm finding is variations on 'finding a good doctor' or 'doctor ratings' for the most part with the related searches I've done. However this doesn't get to the heart of what I'm trying to do, which is empower my reader to know criteria and processes for deciding IF the doctor they are seeing IS good, or if they should be looking for a new doctor. I've seen articles around 'firing your doctor' too, but again my focus is on that evaluation and empowerment, and I'm just not sure how to get there! Any advice would be much appreciated
