I don't use InstaGenius so I don't have first hand experience. It's pretty new so not many independent reviews out there (most are just posts from affiliates promoting it). But it seems like a clever plugin (don't expect miracles though)...I might test it out actually...

Everyone seems to be offering magic bullets ... but we really DO have to be careful of the "shiny object syndrome".
