There's nothing we can do from here.
If you are unable to reset password in site manager for the required domain name, or synchronize support is your only option, usually they are fast at delivering.

Hi - perhaps you are not clicking the right options to reach the technical team at Site Support.
On the Support Ticket Submission, you have to answer Yes to the first question (Is this question related to your website?)
Then, choose the name of your website in the next section.
Then, in the category section, click Site is Down
And then in Section 4, tell them what error message you are getting.
