Go to SiteManager, here: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites

Then next to your website click "View Details", and wallah :)

When you go into site manager you have the blue login button. When you press on that you will find your user name and password.

Thanks to everybody. I finally got it with all your help.

Top right corner of your page click on the envelope next to the bell icon, it will take you to your messages. On the left side of your inbox "box" you will see a + symbol with a circle around it, click and will take you where you need to be.

Hi - go to their profile page, and at the top, next to their name, it says Private Message. Click on this, it's just like writing an email. Send one to me if you like, just for practice! When they reply, you will see a number appear on the envelope symbol at the top of the screen.

I have not seen the video but I will venture a guess. Go to websites (left column) and in the window that opens, you will see your website on the right. Click on view details. When that opens up, scroll through and you can use clickable links to view various aspects. Make sure you look at site speeds and such.

That's my best guess.
