- We should all understand her statement:
"I believe it's more important to focus on the quality of the content. When you learn to improve this, the views will come"
I hope you enjoy this.
Now go and create some quality content ;)

It was an interesting way to quit a job. I like her statement, "Sometimes you must forcible close one door to allow another one to open a little easier..." something like that....GOOD FOR HER...but I am glad she has another job too.
I don't agree it was an 'awesome' way to quit a job. It was a 'risky' way to quit - which may have positive or negative repercussions for her future work life - none of which we will know. As a piece of 'entertainment' it was great.
I agree with the message about the importance of focussing on the quality of the content.
"On October 2nd, Shifrin appeared as a guest on The Queen Latifah Show and was offered a staff position on the talk show by host Dane Owens. The same day, the Israeli-based marketing and communications agency Y&R Israel uploaded a promotional dance video via YouTube, offering Shifrin a job and espousing the benefits of working at the company"
...If I was hiring I would hire Marina in a heart beat! Sure, what she did might be seen as "bad" or "risky" by some but it's also considered very creative and straight forward by others.
If your company concentrates on producing high quality content - why would you NOT hire someone like her? ;)
