Hi Alex,
I like the clean, straightforwardness of your site. The home page gives everyone easy access to the rest of your site with an uncluttered look.
There are a few (not bothersome) misspellings throughout, most of them are words that wouldn't be detected by a spelling checker, like (so instead of to). One spelling error you will want to look at is the spelling of the word "INVETING" on your video on the get started page. I'm sure it's supposed to be investing.

Good thing that I am using custom thumbnails for the video and can simply change the image instead of editing and re-uploading a new video! Just edited that and waiting on Youtube to refresh everything.
... now typos and minor spelling errors - that's a never ending struggle. I have someone checking for those and every time I re-read my content I always find just another issue :(

To be honest, I don't think there's ever a way to have a completely error free website. Even after editing etc.

English is my 4th language and I'm always worried about making lots of mistakes...
Looks great Alex. I'm looking for a new theme for my new website, apparently genesis are awesome but around the $100 mark. Do you mind me asking which type of theme you use?
I've heard a lot of great things about Genesis. Personally I use Elegant Themes (about 80 themes for $70). I've been using them for a few years and they are the only theme company I promote as an affiliate.
The specific theme I am using for this site is called Divi.

My old site had a similar color theme so I decided to keep it going.
... and yeah, I don't want people leaving the site because they don't know where to click so I make that kind of obvious for them :D
I think it's great! I especially like meet Alex, it's very friendly. I miss my mug! :( I guess I gotta be in Vegas to get one.

Veeeeeery nice website. I love the look and where everything can be found. Unfortunately, when I clicked on "very detailed review" at the Wealthy Affiliate tool area, the link seems to be broken or there is just no content yet...
But really a nice thing.

About hosting... WA hosting is great and I have some sites on it, however, my main hosting provider is not WA. This is a personal choice and I prefer to use specialized companies for certain services. I use a hosting provider for hosting, I use a completely different company for domain names, I use a specific company for premium wordpress themes, etc. I simply prefer to have each part of my business completely independent from other parts. That's pretty much it :)

I think it is spot on. These days it is all about trust. I think those people that are willing to put themselves front and center and show their faces, will build trust with visitors and ultimately succeed. I think it looks great. Would be interesting to know if your clicks have increased. I would imagine they have. Great job!

The clicks and traffic will all be tested over time... And you are right about "exposing ourselves". When planning for the new design I analyzed all of my favorite blogs, podcasts, youtube channel and I realized that I was mostly following the "real people".
This is what led me to do what they do; be more personal and more transparent about it :)
