Because we are here to learn affiliate marketing most of us (if not all) have no professional view on real estate in Russia.

thank you for your message. I was talking about Real-estate in Singapore....and was asking if I keep my site or developing from scratch utilizing the tools at WA.

Definitely keep your present website Alex.
However, while learning how to do affiliate marketing, I recommend that you create a brand new FREE website to test out all of the things you will be taught during the training.
Once you have learned affiliate marketing, you will soon see advantages for some techniques that spill over to the real estate sales market too.
PLUS... if the niche you selected for your test site actually turns out to be your "hot button" or "your passion" then you can EASILY have the free site transferred to a registered domain and hosted here at WA too.
