If you have changed it then yes you will have to update it.

I was wondering because I saw the video about creating an email address for your domain to receive and send emails and I was trying to making sure that its the domain email address that we are suppose to use. I was just a little confused. Thank you for responding to my question.

Can you just link to it and explain why they should read it?
If you copy too much of it I think you will hit duplication issues - regardless of whether you credit it or not.
