Your Problems Can Become Your Goldmine.
Doing things for the first time seems to come with the territory when we are getting into online marketing. The great thing about being online is that the internet doesn't care what age you are, what sex, what religion or faith you profess, the size of your house, bank balance, your relationship status and just about everything else you can think of
The internet doesn't care.
It is a level playing field.
For the first time in a long time, there is a real opportunity and there are many folks dipping their toes in the cool waters of online success. There is an exponential change happening within society as folks reinvent how they connect, work and play.
"Success can be elusive for many and I guess it is how you define your success, it is such an individualistic thing."
There will be times when things flow and then there will be times when there are challenges and as we know water doesn't flow up a hill. It is in these times when we face our biggest challenges, that the issues that we face can become our goldmines, it is all down to the perspectives that we view our situation.
If things are not going according to plan, there are two options, either give up and walk away or it can be time to reinvent. Sometimes disrupting your self is the key to finding that way forward.
Blank Slate Theory
One of the ways to do this is to step back and do a stock take, as to where we are at this present point in time and then wipe the slate clean.
Start with a blank slate, if you were to start your business tomorrow, what would you do differently or how would you do it, what would you continue to do and what would you cut out. Try to understand your business and where you want to take it, visualize how you are going to rebuild and reinvent.
May be you are comfortable with where you are, it can pay dividends to keep looking for ways to grow and expand, in doing so we can find those nuggets that will help us to resolve any issues that are impeding our growth.
These nuggets of gold invariably come from the problems that we face and more so from the solutions that we craft and create. In business, not everything goes according to plan the key is what we do when things don't.
From the let's keep things fresh files;
When was the last time, you did something for the first time?
Keep searching and refining what you do, if things are not panning out, look at the whys and just change the flow, try to make it a routine part of your business. If it is not happening then start tweaking, tweaking, tweaking, measuring and managing.
It works and keeps things fresh and moving forward. If you are unsure or don't know how to do something then then find out seek out the knowledge that you need. The great thing about WA is that we don't have to drill down very far to find the knowledge that we need or someone that does know and this combined with the ever growing resources just makes the process a whole lot more streamlined.
You can be tearing your hair out one day and the learning curve can be as steep as a " double Everest " but if we stick at it we will find a solution. So not only do we resolve the issues that we confront but more importantly we grow in the confidence of our abilities to resolve any issues that may arise. That is priceless.

Hi, Arline, join the club, the thing about being online is that it is an evolving thing what can work today may not tomorrow, we are a lot of the time prey to the whims of the platforms that we engage with, so it is a never-ending learning curve.
It is so good to be involved with a community like Wealthy Affiliate dependable evolving and solid.
Success is what we are all striving for, sometimes it does take time I find it incredibly helpful to focus on where we want to be and then reverse engineering can be so helpful as well we can track back to our base camp.

Hi Evan, thank you for replying back. Yes it is...focusing on the results it will bring from the efforts we are doing today is very helpful. It gives us the will to keep on going and it gives us clarity.
Success maybe elusive for now (speaking on my behalf) but I believe that it pays off in the long run. Consistency is one of the keys. I hope I stay consistent. (Am I hearing a hint of doubt in it? lol) I will of course. Well, I am basically here most of the time now, just love being here.
Agree with you, tracing back from what we have done before can give us new perspectives and renew and reproduce it for better results.

Hi Arline, reverse engineering can be one of the best ways to create and craft moving forward.
I guess we all have those doubts, I see many folks come with expectations only to let things slide, one of the best things about WA is the support and motivation we can get from the community. the thing is that if we keep going we get results it can be hard to keep that motivation going at times at times it is a matter of belief and faith....................... it works, we just have to learn to work it, one of the best things that I have found is doing something on a daily basis, sometimes we have the energy and we find our flow at others we can get the wobbles. Hi Sue, I hope your travels are going well, The thing is that we are creating our own business path and the great thing about that is who said we have to play by somebody else's rules we make it up as we go along and we set them to suit our goals and aspirations.
It is a cool thing to do from time to time, when we gain more knowledge it is good to revisit and make some changes it usually creates better outcomes.

Hi, Barb the theme dilemma can be a huge roadblock we have to be happy and feel at home just like that well-worn chair that molds its self around us, you will be feeling good that you and your theme are becoming good friends.
Alex, I really love the "Blank Slate" Technique. Wow! this was needed. For me yes, this is the time of year when I become very depressed and nothing seem to be going right.
Especially, if you lost someone you loved so dear, and will never get to share these special moments with them. It not so easy,
But it wears away until the next time around. "Holidays" I will surely try some or all of the above, or whatever works for the occasion.

Hi Suzi, the thing is that no one actually sets all the rules when it comes to online marketing all we have to do is find our own way to move our world forward and in doing so we set our own rules.
If things are not getting traction, one of the best things that we can do is stop the bus reflect and then jump back on board, the thing about a clean slate is that at that point we usually realize that things are not as tickety-boo as we would like them to be, so we address it with a greater knowledge and skill set.
At the end of the day, readdressing or reinvention helps us to stay relevant. In business, that is one of the keys to success both today and leading into the future. Just thought about Kodak, who would have thought that they would have gone out of business they practically invented photography single-handed.

Hi Alex, WA journey is going good. Not as quickly as I would like, but I am continuing to make progress.
I think that you are not alone feeling like that Alexander, in the beginning, it can feel as though we are not making a lot of progress, we are it is just that at times we just don't see it when that knowledge comes together with the actions we are taking the momentum will start to build. Just a matter of sticking to the formula.
Keep going Alexander it is well worth it, even in those moments when we can not see that forest for the trees, reach out in those times.
