Site support comes through once again solutions for some tricky ones.
Just sending appreciation to site support, recently I had some technical issues, so I naturally put in a ticket to site support. Still amazed at the speed they respond, a friendly message, and reassurance, they will look into the matter to find a resolution. Always professional, it's like having another layer to our experience and some extra players on our team.
Just a heads up,
Sometimes the issue is an easy fix, and it is resolved rapidly.
Then again, it can be a tricky issue. From experience, at times, the main cause can be "user error"; in this case, most probably. The best bet is to give site support time and just be patient, they will work on it, and there will be a resolution. Sometimes we can be impatient; it doesn't change anything or make the resolution arrive any quicker.

I know what you are thinking! Like me feeling pretty fortunate we have access to world-class support right here in WA, only a support ticket away. Please don't be shy about reaching out; it comes with our membership, and remember, it's only a problem until we find a solution. With user error, it is only that until we understand where we went wrong.
A little patience and hey presto, I am all sorted, back on track and back on the road.
Thinking about the community support, a solution is only a question away as well; what a helpful bunch we are; members are only too happy to help each other.
So all around, a win, win, win.

It's always good to see this kind of affirmation of our WA support. In my experience, not only do the fix any problem I have, but they do it while patiently answering my questions. Support here is a major benefit. For me, it's a real statement that each member and their success is important to our founders..

It can be frustrating when there is a lag, I think we are can rest secure in the knowledge that they are working on it.

Great reminder Alex. Another great thing about WA is that we often don't even have to send in a support ticket because the Questions area that we can ask others in WA that may know gets us answers in minutes instead of waiting for support. I've been here a few months now and never even had to send in a ticket because all my questions were answered by other members. But, again, a great reminder for all of us. Thanks.
