Wealthy Affilaite Site Support Who or Where Are They?

I say guys and gals because I know nothing about them, I assume that in this day and age there will be a mixed bag of helpers and technicians.

We don't see them, they operate in the background ready and willing to lend a hand, some days I wonder where on this good earth, they hang out, I assume they have families and do stuff like the rest of us, it is just that they have a bent for technical stuff. So Kyle and Carson must have quite a crew of organized folks because it runs 24/7 just like WA.

Some Reflections

Just a little background, the further you go down the track the more things can go wrong and at times they can have a habit of doing that, when you least expect it.

Everything keeps changing at the rate of knots, it is kind of to be expected in a way.

"It is not that you set out to complicate things, we can be complex creatures by nature".

Not speaking for everyone, perhaps just for me.

Bit of an Issue

Anyway, I had managed to dig myself a pretty big hole on the day I forgot to take my ladder with me, I probably spent a day and some trying to nut something out and find a solution, in that usual "dog with a bone mode", I forgot all about site support.

So in that light bulb moment, I thought I will give the guys a call.

All my experiences with site support have been really positive over the years, and this case was no exception. I submitted the ticket, they got back to me in a timely fashion, letting me know that they were on the case and not much later they had created a solution their end that worked, problem solved.

I was so grateful because at the end of the day they just saved me a lot of headaches and a lot of cash, really appreciative, it just reminded me once again of what we have here in WA, if you look at the total package we have something really special here.

The whole place is geared to make you succeed, and the thing is that it just keeps evolving and the key is that as stakeholders we can evolve along with it.

Good in Good Out

If you want good out then you have to put good in, it is the universal law of the internet So when you submit a support ticket it is a good idea to give as much information as you can, be as clear and concise as you can, even take a screenshot if you think that it would help and as we know a picture creates a 1000 words.

In the beginning, you may not know exactly what you are looking for or what your issue is for that matter, chances are they have seen it before and will be able to help.

Express your issue/issues the best that you can.

Keep your interaction positive and professional, do that one thing and your business interactions will flow, that is some secret sauce.

As an analogy, it can be likened to any shopping experience, most shop assistants have name badges, as a parting shot say thanks, Melisa or Steve. I will guarantee you that the next time you pay a visit to that store, they will have invested in your team, they will be in your club and a fan.

The Heart of the Problems

From observation, a lot of our issues can be self-inflicted and so the role of Site Support is kind of like the ambulance at the bottom of the cliff, so, all in all, they do a marvelous job keeping our freight trains on the track, charging forward at full speed.

Always remember to thank them for there help, in doing so, it can help us to be mindful.

They have my vote of confidence.

If I knew where they hung out, I would probably send around some crafty's and morning tea, as you do.

Our Job

For us, we just turn up and it is all laid on for us, our biggest challenge is making the most of the vast array of knowledge and resources that we have at our fingertips.

Footnote; Crafty's == Craft beer

Oh and any info regarding Site Support will be appreciated.

They are awesome. that is all : )

Hi Sara, well said, in the online world technical support can be expensive, here it comes by way of our membership which indeed is pretty cool.

Thank you for dropping by.

Alex

As always, Alex - enjoy your articles. Refreshingly informative with the right balance of humor and encouragement for the rest of us to remember that this WA site is here for all of us; but it's up to each one of us to put it to good use. Thanks again for YOUR support and camaraderie here!

Hi Shelli, you are most welcome and I think you have raised such an important point, WA is here for everyone and it is one of those rare places online where we are all equal and all have the same opportunities.

The challenge that we all face is to use the knowledge and resources that are at our disposal to the best of our abilities.

Some days that can be a Mount Everest and some days a casual stroll in the park.

I am sure at the end of the day the whole WA flow creates that vibe where we can all extend our selves further than we would under our own steam.

It can be a struggle out in the trenches battling away by yourself.

Thank you for dropping by.

Alex

Completely agree, site support is the best. Have always been fast and knowledgeable when I asked for help.

Hi Mickey, thank you for stopping by and sharing your experiences, with Site Support they do a wonderful job helping members to sort out any issues by giving advice and also working out solutions.

Alex

Completely agree, Alex!!!

Thanks,

Wayne

Hi Wayne, good to see you thank you for chiming in, having that support running in the background can be a real confidence booster.

Alex.

Site support is brilliant Alex and we all need to be so thankful we have 24/7 support
Yesterday my site went down and within 20 minutes problem solved and back into action
amazing people, thanks for sharing this
Vicki

Hi Vicki, So true, the thing is that we can just get on with things safe in the knowledge that technical help is only a couple of clicks away.

That in its self is such a confidence booster.

Thank you for sharing your experience, have a great weekend.

Alex

And you Alex and good to see you as always

Vicki

Yes, Alex, Site Support has always come to rescue for the challenges I've had. Last week, I contacted Site Support. Again... they came thru in excellent fashion. They must like to problem solve, b/c they get to do a lot of it. :)

My thanks to everyone in Site Support for keeping us up and running and for striving to stay a step ahead of all the WA needs and the constant technological changes. :) Site Support rocks!

Thanks for the post, Alex! We don't ever want to take Site Support for granted b/c they do so much for us.
Colleen

Hi Colleen, I have to agree with you, we are light on stats, it would be really interesting to see how many responses and solutions they come through with on a daily basis, I should imagine it would be quite a few.

From experince, some support desks can more than a little lackluster, and very inefficient with turn arounds that are very slow.

Here in WA, we are extremely fortunate to have Site Support on tap 24/7, it is quite amazing, the better platforms at best have their support that runs normal business hours Monday to Friday in their time zones which can make it difficult for folks on the other side of the world.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences Colleen, Site Support one of the aspects of WA that elevates the opportunities that we have.

It is really positive having them in the background.

Alex

I'll add my huzzah.
They've done wonders for me, too.
Pirate Mike - Foodie Pirate

Hi Mike the Foodie Pirate, do we have a mega brand in the evolvement stages there?

Thanks for chiming in Site Support has our backs and that can be confidence boosting for the more adventurous amongst us.

Alex

My vote's with you -- Site Support is totally awesome and I am really grateful they are there.

Hi Fran, thank you for dropping by and sharing your thoughts, we are very fortunate to have these guys at our disposal, and the really cool thing is that they are only a few clicks of the mouse away, no matter what time of the day or night.

When problems and issues come knocking on our doors.

Alex

Absolutely! I agree wholeheartedly, Alex. I've found myself in need of assistance from Site Support on a handful of occasions. Every time they responded in a timely manner and all issues were resolved.

Site Support is an integral part of the WA machine that is definitely geared toward making each and every person that has the desire and works hard can succeed. I'm all in on the crafty's.

Randy

Hi Randy, good to see you and thank you for sharing your experiences. I really like how you expressed that Site Support is an integral part of WA, so true.

I often think of other folks that are out there struggling away with no access to technical support, when things go wrong.

I should probably correct that last statement, folks can access support, dare I say it on the cheap side at $100 per hour, here it is included free to access as part of our membership.

Top of the range.

Alex.

Yeah, they are a good bunch of folks out there. I've made more than several requests and they're always super responsive and right on top of things. Good job guys! Wherever you are...haha...

Hi Michael thanks for sharing your experiences, and good to hear that your experiences were positive, classic, would like to know where they do hang out.

Alex

If you ever find out, let me know...

Cht

Will do, I am really curious when thinking about it.
