Live Webinar and Live chat Abnormally
Just a glitch I am sure, and it will get sorted, I signed on to watch the live webinar and the live chat was out of sync.
The key is to;
Enter the live webinar via the blue notification bar on the header of your WA home page dashboard, that way the webinar live chat will be synced with the webinar.
If you enter the webinar via your dashboard feed then the live chat will be the normal live chat and not the webinar live chat.
There was a little confusion, I know I was, lol.
Who said, you cannot teach an old dog new tricks.
Just a heads up.

No, just an observation from yesterdays webinar, folks were getting confused, the two live chats run simultaneously. So just thought I would post a solution that is all.
FYI. Sometimes my own sense of humor isn't very humorous hence the :) Thanks anyway. These things are good to know.

Alex, I am glad you figured it out.
I think there was something weird going on with the technology on that particular webinar. For me, it was the first time that I ever had problems getting the feed after I logged on. My live chat was working. I saw other comments with people having the same problem.
I ended up switching from my ipad to the desktop computer. So, sometimes it is necessary for old dogs to be willing to learn a new trick to get what we want. lol.

Hi Sondra, well said that can be the case at times, the good thing is that we can work things out as we go. there is always a solution just a matter of finding it.
It was an issue I am sure that it will be sorted out, didn't detract from the webinar which was excellent.
